«On the physical plan it's easy to associate a process of recovery to the genetic code. The Dna has in itself memory of every possible process of reparation and recovery and this process has only need of time and energy to come true. Having greater energy, less time is needed to realize the same trial. Beyond this, every healing is indeed such only if accompanied by a certain degree of conscience and Reiki, working first of all on the causes of every possible uneasiness, stimulates the awareness of the transformation. It seems an indissoluble tie. More one is aware and more in hurry he transforms (heals) and more one transform himself (through flexibility and availability to change) and more the metamorphosis becomes aware.
Reiki is much more than a mere mechanic principle of recovery. Reiki is a spiritual path in how much it favors the contact with ourselves (a sort of reconnection to our soul made of presence, listening, feeling). Reiki invites us more and more to an aware connection with our own authentic essence.
Reiki is therefore an effective way of spiritual awakening, a true contact with our animic essence, a trip in our internal truth.»
